This page is to allow you to request bottle copy samples that are not listed in our catalogue. This option will be most useful to customers looking for very specific anatomical samples, toxins or pathogens.

Our database of samples includes over 300,000 items, many of which will not be of interest to practitioners of Dr Hulda Clark's therapy. However, to create the possiblity of requesting specific or unusual samples from this comprehensive database, we have created this "Special Requests "page.

Please fill in all text fields marked with a *. Contact details are essential so that we can request more information from you if necessary about the sample you have requested.

When completing the "Sample Descriptions" area, please state the full name of the specimen you are requesting. Please do not use acronyms. We require the full name in order to search our database. For similar reasons, correct spelling is essential. Incorrect spelling may mean we miss a sample in our database that would have been available to you.

If you are unsure of the exact name or spelling, then a brief description of the item may help us search - e.g. an approximate location in the body if you are requesting an anatomical specimen, or if requesting microbiological sample, please tell us whether the item is a bacteria, parasite, mould or virus.

If requesting more than one sample, please insert a line between each item on your list so that there is no confusion.

The process works in two stages:

1. Request information:

The first time you complete this form, please click the "Request info only" button. Your request will then be emailed to us. We will then inform you which samples are available and ask you to return to this page to purchase the samples.

2. Purchasing Samples:

Please complete your details as before, including only the names of the samples we have confirmed are available. Use the +/- quantity box to select the number of samples you are purchasing and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. The special request items will be added to your standard shopping cart along with any other kits or bottles you have selected. Please then follow our standard checkout process.
